I am a person-centred therapist offering online therapy for anyone seeking a space to feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique life experience. I offer a calm, creative, and non-judgemental space to explore whatever feels most present—whether that's anxiety, grief, trauma, identity, or simply the sense that something needs to shift.
Alongside my online practice, I work in an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) primary school, where I support children through creative and movement-based approaches to therapy. This ongoing work with children continues to deepen my understanding of emotional expression, regulation, and relational safety—insights that often enrich my work with adult clients too.
I offer a reflective and supportive space to:
- Navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or emotional overwhelm
- Process experiences of trauma, grief, or disconnection
- Explore relational patterns and how early life experiences shape the present
- Reconnect with your values, motivation, and inner voice
- Find clarity and support through life transitions, uncertainty, or burnout.
My work is rooted in person-centred values of deep listening, and a belief in your inner capacity for growth. My background includes extensive experience in education, social care, and community settings, which informs my relational, down-to-earth way of working.
Online therapy allows you to access sessions from the comfort and familiarity of your own space. Whether you're seeking support with a specific issue or want to explore your inner world more deeply, I offer a warm, non-judgemental presence.
