I am a registered Counsellor with a Post Graduate Diploma in Systemic Practice with Families and Couples and an Msc in Counselling and Psychology.

I specialise in bereavement counselling particularly perinatal loss in which I have much experience, having worked in a hospital bereavement support service. I am certified with the Foundation for Infant Loss Training as an advanced Rainbow counsellor and infertility specialist.

I am also skilled in working with a wide range of issues. I work with some clients simply on 'resilience counselling'; to work on their skills to empower them to deal with the daily challenges of life. I have successfully worked with clients who are suffering from anxiety and /or depression using a range of therapy modalities.

I utilise an eclectic range of methods to include CBT, Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Narrative therapy or Person Centred Counselling. I also utilise mindfulness and relaxation techniques as and when the client wishes.
