I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have received training in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Art Therapy, which enables me to offer a flexible and holistic approach to support my clients. By drawing on a range of techniques, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, ensuring a compassionate and person-centred experience.
My aim is to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work with a diverse range of individuals, including couples, teenagers (16-18), adults (18+), and older adults (70+). Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or personal growth, I support clients in achieving lasting positive change.
I offer flexible session formats, including face-to-face, online, phone, and walk-and-talk sessions, with availability five days a week from 10am to 7pm.
