With over 14 years as a qualified therapist, I am a Senior Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
My journey into therapy began with a simple desire to help others, but it was during a short course in counseling that I discovered my true calling. From that moment, I knew this was my path, leading me to pursue a degree in Humanistic Counselling, which I completed in 2010. Since then, I’ve been committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change.
I’m dedicated to providing personalised, supportive therapy for individuals from all backgrounds, helping them navigate a range of mental health challenges, life transitions, and personal struggles. My experience allows me to work effectively with a variety of issues, offering both short-term and long-term support based on each person’s unique needs. I frequently support clients facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, spirituality, sexuality, life transitions, and work-related stress, along with a range of other personal challenges
Specialism
While I provide support for a broad range of issues, I specialise in trauma-informed therapy, especially for individuals who have experienced sexual trauma. I recognise the lasting impact trauma can have, and I approach therapy with an emphasis on understanding your experiences rather than focusing on blame or judgment.
My priority is to create a safe, respectful environment where we can work together to rebuild trust, empowerment, and resilience as you move forward in your healing journey.
