I am an experienced and qualified integrative counsellor, specialising in helping individuals who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I use various therapeutic methods, including psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, existential therapy, and Attachment Psychotherapy. I also focus on inner child work, mindfulness, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for parts therapy, and timeline work.
I provide a supportive space for clients to explore deep-seated issues, using a holistic approach to promote healing and personal growth. Central to my practice is self-awareness and emotional insight, employing techniques like DBT skills, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help clients manage their emotions and connect more deeply with their true selves.
Work with Parents
In addition to my work with individuals, I offer specialised support for parents navigating the complexities of raising children. This includes addressing challenges related to parenting styles, communication, and emotional regulation, all through the lens of Attachment Psychotherapy. My goal is to empower parents to build stronger, more resilient relationships with their children, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes healthy emotional development.
