Taking a first step towards counselling can be difficult and confusing. It takes a lot of guts to acknowledge you want some help. If you are feeling anxiety, depression, low mood, spiralling thoughts or struggling to cope, I offer a space to share your story and receive understanding, warmth and support.
Maybe you are here because of an upheaval in your life, such as illness, change or challenge at work, that's left you feeling anxious, low or stuck. Perhaps you’ve experienced a loss that is gut-wrenching or confusing. It might be the death or a loved one or end of a relationship. Perhaps a past experience or trauma keeps rearing its head and making it difficult for you to live a fulfilled life.
I offer a space that is entirely about and for you. Time to process what is happening and explore new ways to cope.
