My major therapeutic approach is Jungian-oriented therapy, integrated with techniques of mindfulness, sandplay, and expressive arts therapy. I believe the artistic expression process, such as drawings, music, dance, or creative writings, could give us a secure space to reflect and learn about our experiences. With good lessons from our past, we will have wiser choices for our future.
I started my journey with mindfulness-based interventions in 2017, I completed trainings in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and Mindful Parenting in the following year. My interventions could inform the use of these approaches.
