Hello, my name is Karlie Lam, and I am a psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in overcoming challenges and fostering meaningful growth. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) and a Nagomi Pastel Art instructor. These qualifications allow me to incorporate creative and calming practices into therapy, offering clients unique tools to manage stress, express emotions, and find peace through art.
