I have a BA (Hons) degree in psychology and BA (Hons) in integrative counselling. This means that I have a great deal of knowledge in the field of Psychology. However, my practise shows that besides all the theoretical knowledge there is one way more important factor for successful therapy - the relationship between me and my clients. Magic happens when a person feels heard and not judged. Feeling understood and accepted is automatically healing. I always try to find what suits my clients best, rather than following one counselling plan for all.
I am available for both online and face-to-face counselling in Birmingam city cetre.
