She provides Crisis and Emotional Wellbeing Counselling, aiding those confronting issues such as trauma, suicidal ideation, anxiety, bereavement, and interpersonal challenges.

    Shannon holds a BA in Counselling and Applied Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in Sydney and a Master of Counselling in Advanced Counselling Practice from the University of Southern Queensland. She also has foundational knowledge in Australian Sign Language (Auslan) and British Sign Language (BSL), which she integrates into her practice to enhance communication and cultural understanding.
