Compassionfocused therapy (CFT)
Psychologist Partners Stockholm, 2016
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) is a therapeutic method that focuses on developing and strengthening compassion, both towards oneself and others. The method is designed to help individuals deal with critical self-perceptions, shame/guilt. CFT is particularly useful for people who have major problems with shame and self-criticism. By exploring and changing the negative self-concepts, the therapist aims to promote a more compassionate and accepting self-image. Therapy may include exercises such as visualisation to help the client create an inner atmosphere of compassion and calm.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) is a therapy approach designed to treat individuals who have experienced trauma and suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or other trauma-related difficulties. It integrates principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a specific focus on addressing and processing traumatic experiences.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Dr Alan Fruzetti PhD. Värnamo, 2018
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a therapy method originally developed to treat people with self-injurious behaviour and emotional instability, particularly those diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD). It combines principles from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and dialectical philosophy. I also have training in how to work with families with difficult conflicts where you need to be able to regulate emotions in interpersonal conflicts based on DBT methodology.
EMDR
EMDR Sweden
The therapy has its starting point in a model for how information is processed in the brain's memory system. EMDR therapy combines elements from several psychotherapeutic schools, including psychodynamic theory, behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and systems theory. The treatment is combined with so-called bilateral stimulation, which usually takes place via eye movements. Eye movements add valuable elements to the trauma treatment in that the communication between different parts of the brain seems to be positively affected and the anxiety effect when the trauma memory is activated is reduced. The method rests on a scientific basis and can easily be applied to other psychological problems as well, for example anxiety problems or depression which are associated with negative life events.
