What do I do if I have symptoms of ADHD?
If you have symptoms of ADHD, you may want to proceed with a neuropsychiatric assessment to determine if you have the diagnosis. The assessment is carried out by a doctor and psychologist who together evaluate whether you have ADHD. The assessment consists of interviews, cognitive tests and sampling, you can read more about ADHD assessment here. At Lavendla, we have psychologists and psychiatrists who can help you. If you have ADHD, you can get help with medication and psychological treatment to function better in your everyday life.
The questions in this screening are from the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1), which is used in healthcare to assess symptoms of ADHD. It is not a diagnosis but can only give an indication of symptoms.
