The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) defines alcohol problems according to several criteria, and depending on the number of people who fit the criteria, the degree can vary from mild to severe. This online test is inspired by these criteria but only gives a first indication of symptoms, it does not replace a professional assessment. Tests take around 5 minutes to complete and can be a guide to seeking more support.
