Feeling worried and having anxiety about different things is common. Here you can do a self-test to see if you have symptoms that may need treatment.

Do you often worry, feel tense and have catastrophising thoughts? This self-test is designed to help you see if you have symptoms of anxiety. The test is not intended to make a diagnosis, but to provide an insight into whether you have symptoms that may need treatment. The test is designed from the GAD-7 form, which is used in healthcare to assess different levels of different types of anxiety problems such as generalised anxiety disorder. The test takes about 5 minutes to complete.
