Generalized anxiety disorder test
Feeling anxious and worrying about different things is common. If you worry about many different things and the worry persists, you may have generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).
This self-test is designed to help you see if you have symptoms of GAD. The test is not intended to make a diagnosis, but to give an insight into whether you have symptoms that may need treatment. The test is modelled on the GAD-7 form, which is used in healthcare to assess different levels of GAD. The test takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Do you often feel anxious, tense or have difficulty relaxing, even without a clear cause? Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) involves constant and intense worry about everyday things such as work, finances, health or relationships. This anxiety can be difficult to control and can lead to both mental and physical symptoms, such as restlessness, sleep problems and difficulty concentrating. Everyone experiences anxiety from time to time, but in the case of GAD, anxiety is persistent and affects quality of life.
