Experience:
I bring a wealth of experience from working in both generic and specialist therapy centres across London, as well as for charities focused on trauma. My work spans 1:1 therapy sessions, clinical supervision, and reflective practice, allowing me to engage deeply with clients facing a wide range of challenges. I have maintained a consistent private practice, where I have supported individuals navigating feelings of overwhelm, isolation, and the belief that no one truly understands them.
