My approach focuses on helping you explore the challenges you’re currently facing or have encountered in the past. Together, we’ll work to make sense of these experiences and process any painful or difficult emotions.
I trained at Oxford University in Psychodynamic Therapy - just one of the many theoretical frameworks available for therapists - and over time I have built upon this framework with experience of other schools of thought. Above all, I focus on pragmatic approaches to change that will aid you in your personal growth.
My role is to create a supportive, non-judgmental and highly confidential environment where I will listen attentively to both what is said and what remains unspoken.
I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, survivors of trauma and/or abuse and bereavement, among a variety of other issues. Whether you identify with any of these struggles or simply wish to explore yourself, the world and your place in it, you are welcome to my practice.
