I offer short-term and long-term therapy and have over two decades of experience working with people with emotional challenges. I offer you a holistic counselling service that addresses a wide range of emotional issues and specialise in many areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, fear, worry, grief and loss including over 40 types of loss (physical and emotional), lack of motivation, lack of self-belief, low self-worth, insecurity, confidence issues, domestic abuse or violence (physical and emotional), cohesive control, effects of narcissistic abuse, homelessness, loneliness, child contact issues, racism, bullying, family issues and break-ups, current or past traumas, addictions, psychological menopausal symptoms, group therapy and much more.
I have a BA (Hons) degree in integrative counselling, and my clients tell me the level of support they receive during their therapy sessions enables them to make positive changes and think more clearly. I am dedicated to helping you achieve emotional well-being. My commitment to personal growth and my extensive experience make sessions a valuable resource for those seeking support.
