I am an experienced qualified psychotherapist as well being a mother, a business owner, a yogi, and much more. I'm passionate about facilitating people's self-growth and healing, for that has been an important part of my life too. I have personally witnessed the transformation that can take place when we decide to look inwards.

I trained as a humanistic psychotherapist, which means that I place you at the heart of the therapeutic process. I have specialised in understanding and addressing process addictions, i.e. love, sex, work, eating, exercise, etc. These are compulsive behaviours that can take over our lives, often stemming from underlying traumas and anxieties. Through compassionate exploration, we uncover the self-limiting beliefs and anxieties that fuel them, and look for effective ways to pave the way for healing and growth.​

Additionally, I trained as a somatic therapist so am in tune with how trauma manifests in the body, and familiar with healing modalities that can offer you additional tools and techniques to support your healing journey.
