Daniel Jaeger | Counsellor & Psychotherapist | London & Online
Hello, I’m Daniel Jaeger, a qualified and experienced psychotherapist based in London. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever may be weighing on you—whether that’s anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship issues, ADHD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life.
Therapy with me is grounded in the belief that healing begins when you feel truly heard and accepted. I offer a person-centred approach, tailored to your pace and your needs, to help you gain clarity, process difficult emotions, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
My Approach
My work is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll move through three core stages:
A Listening Space – I’ll offer a supportive environment where you can speak openly, without pressure or judgment. You set the tone and pace.
Delving Deeper – We’ll explore your story more deeply, looking at the underlying patterns, past wounds, or internal conflicts that may be keeping you stuck.
Charting Your Course – From this insight, we’ll work together to align your life with your values and needs, helping you move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
I integrate principles from person-centred therapy, trauma-informed practice, and mindfulness-based approaches. Sessions can be short-term (for a focused issue) or longer-term if you’re seeking deeper exploration and change.
